Baby Carrier Rental - Terms and Conditions

By renting from 13Thirteen, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions:

 SCOPE AND DURATION OF USE

Renter will use the Baby Carrier for personal use and for their intended purposes only, for the agreed rental period. Renters are expected to use the rented Baby Carrier with due care. A late fee will be imposed at a rate of $5/day if the carrier is not returned by the last day of the agreed rental period.

 DEPOSIT

Renter will be required to provide a security deposit to 13Thirteen ("Security Deposit") to be used in the event of loss or damage to the Rented Baby Carrier during the term of this Rental Agreement. In the event of damage to the Rental Baby Carrier, 13Thirteen will apply this Security Deposit to defray the costs of necessary repairs or replacement.

 INDEMNIFICATION

Renter agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the 13Thirteen for any loss, damage, or legal actions against 13Thirteen as a result of Renter's operation or use of the Rented Baby Carrier during the term of this Rental Agreement.

 REPRESENTATIONS AND WARRANTIES

13Thirteen represents and warrants that to 13Thirteen's knowledge, the Rental Baby Carrier is in good condition and is safe for intended use.
